Pest OS LLC ("Pest OS," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website www.getpestos.com (the "Site") and provides AI-powered receptionist services for pest control and wildlife management businesses (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with the Site and Service.
This Privacy Policy applies to two categories of individuals: (1) our business clients who subscribe to and configure the Service ("Clients"), and (2) the end consumers who interact with the AI Receptionist when calling a Client's business ("Callers"). By using the Site or Service, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information from Clients
When you create an Account or use the Service, we may collect:
- Account registration information: name, email address, phone number, business name, and business address
- Billing and payment information: credit card details, billing address (processed through third-party payment processors)
- Business information: service area, pricing ranges, pest control specializations, CRM credentials, and scheduling preferences
- Scripts, prompts, and configuration data you provide to customize the AI Receptionist
- Communications with Pest OS, including support requests and feedback
2.2 Information from Callers
When a Caller interacts with the AI Receptionist, we may collect:
- Caller's name, phone number, and email address (as provided during the call)
- Call recordings and transcripts
- Information about the Caller's pest or wildlife issue, property details, and scheduling preferences
- Call metadata: date, time, duration, and call routing information
2.3 Information Collected Automatically (Website)
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
- Pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and click data
- Cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies (see Section 8 below)
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To process calls, create CRM records, and schedule appointments on behalf of Clients
- To process payments and manage Subscriptions
- To communicate with Clients about their Account, service updates, and support
- To train, improve, and develop our AI models and technology
- To create aggregated and anonymized datasets for analytics, benchmarking, and product improvement
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests
- To analyze website usage and optimize the Site experience
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may share information in the following circumstances:
4.1 With Clients
Caller information collected during calls is shared with the Client whose business the Caller contacted. Clients control how they use Caller data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable law.
4.2 Service Providers
We share information with third-party vendors who assist in providing the Service, including cloud hosting providers, telephony carriers, CRM platforms, payment processors, and analytics providers.
4.3 AI Model Providers
Call data may be processed by third-party AI model providers to generate AI Receptionist responses.
4.4 Legal and Safety
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
4.5 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
4.6 Aggregated and Anonymized Data
We may share aggregated or anonymized data that cannot reasonably be used to identify any individual for any lawful purpose, including research, marketing, and benchmarking.
5. Data Ownership
Clients own their Client Data. Pest OS receives a license to process Client Data and to create aggregated and anonymized data as described in these Terms.
Pest OS retains all rights to its proprietary technology, AI models, algorithms, and any improvements derived from processing Client Data.
6. Data Retention
We retain Client Account information for as long as the Account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.
7. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative and technical security measures to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activity. These technologies help us analyze website traffic, customize content, and improve user experience.
8.1 Types of Cookies We Use

12. Notice to New Hampshire Residents
Pest OS complies with the New Hampshire Consumer Privacy Act (effective January 1, 2025) to the extent applicable. New Hampshire residents may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling. 14. International Data Transfers
The Service is operated in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to such transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
